How I use AI
Ā
I want to be clear about something, because being transparent matters to me.
I use AI in my business. But only in a very limited, surface-level way.
All of the real substance of my work is mine. The ideas are mine. The method,Ā framework and philosophy I use are all mine. The thinking and judgment behind every post are mine.
Nothing I teach, write, or coach is created by AI.
I do not use AI to come up with concepts, opinions, or insights. What you read from me is not generic or automated. It comes from my own thinking, study, experience, and years of working closely with real clients.
My work depends on human judgment: noticing patterns, understanding nuance, and making decisions in context. Those are not things I outsource or automate.
Where AI comes in is purely at the surface.
English is not my first language, even though I work fluently in it. So sometimes I use AI the same way someone might use a proofreader. It helps smooth phrasing, catch small language issues, and make sure what I am saying comes across clearly.
The message itself is still entirely mine. AI does not decide what I think or what I teach. It just helps clean up the delivery.
I also believe this limited use is the right choice for my clients.
Using AI for small, surface-level tasks frees up my time and mental energy for the work that actually matters. Thinking deeply. Refining my method. And being fully present with the people I coach.
Not using a simple tool for these tasks would take attention away from my clients, and I do not believe that serves them.
When you work with me, the coaching itself is always human.Ā
On our calls, I am fully present with you. When you send written questions, I am the one reading them, thinking through them, and responding to you.
Your guidance, feedback, and support always come directly from me. Not from AI.
I also occasionally use AI with photos. I take my own photos, usually simple phone selfies, and sometimes use AI to adjust the background or clean up the image.
If you see a photo of me, it is me. AI is not creating a different person or aĀ false identity. It is simply helping with presentation, similar to editing or lighting.
That is the full picture.
AI helps at the edges, with clarity and presentation.
The substance, care, intelligence, and integrity of the work come from me.
And that distinction matters to me, so I wanted to name it openly.
